Membership Standards

The standard of membership of this assembly shall be: 1) Evidence of a genuine experience in regeneration (salvation); 2) Evidence of a consistent Christian life; 3) To fully subscribe to the Tenets of Faith as set forth in the Official Constitution as adopted by the Assembly; 4) Willingness to contribute regularly to the support of this Assembly through tithes and offerings according to his/her ability, 5) willingness to adhere to Arbitration agreement in the event of conflict with the Assembly. In addition: regular attendance at services, at least
sixteen (16) years of age and a desire to live a holy life before God and man.

The Assemblies of God is a holiness fellowship believing that "without holiness no man will see the Lord
"(Hebrews 12:14). Therefore we encourage members to abstain from harmful habits such as tobacco use, alcohol use, recreational drug use and pornography. We believe such activity is not in keeping with Christian character and conduct.

We also encourage all members who have not been baptized in the Holy Spirit to seek the Baptism of the Holy
Spirit as described in Acts 2, 10 and 19.
